[Xerte] Right to Left Text (Wizards)

I managed to download the utility but it refers to Arabic throughout the
code,  so I suppose it wouldn't work for Hebrew.

Pat, you said: *does htmltext support the direction / rtol attribute?*

I have tried putting direction:rtl in the css, xml and xwd files.  Anywhere
else I could try before I give up?

Why does the Hebrew text display perfectly well in the title bar but not
anywhere else?
