[Xerte] Upgrade/reinstall XOT

I'm thinking I'm hacked and my ISP is saying "not that we can find".
Is there a link or cheatsheet for reinstalling/upgrading XOT?
The last time was a bit painful (the "down the rabbit hole" thread).
