[Xerte] Re: Strikethrough text in XOT

There are ways of doing it in HTML or with CSS, but I wouldn't know
how to incorporate these into Xerte Online Toolkits.

Strikethrough text would be useful to emphasize typical language
errors for our students (English language learners).
