[Xerte] Re: Embedding Within Blakboard

Phil,

Initially I put the zip file (from the standalone, but same difference)
into Blackboard, asked Blackboard to unpackage it and then start with
the index.htm file. Now, though, we've an XOT installation so I'm making
the object public and then just adding the URL of the LO directly as a
link from within Blackboard. Both look identical to an end user.

Thanks

Hello

I'm new to this list and was just wondering if anyone is using
Blackboard? If so, how are you linking to Xerte content from Blackboard?
My initial attempts in trying to embed code within in a Blackboard page
haven't gone too well.

Best Wishes
Phil

I have xerte close to being installed with moodle integration.

When I click to edit a project the editor window opens up but all the
buttons except copy and publish are greyed out.

I read some where about adding the mime types to my apache config and
have added the following in the <IfModule mime_module> section;

            AddType text/xml .xwd

            AddType text/xml .rlm

            AddType text/xml .rlt

            AddType text/xml .rlo

            AddType flv-application/octet-stream .flv

in the httpd.cohnf file.

I am running windows 2008 with Apache 2 and PHP 5.2

Thanks Dan
