Tom, wasn't saying you are ignorant, just was a bit, isn't this a user 
preference?

Could you send me a screen dump of the Xerte scorm publish process and 
I'll see what can be done to make toolkits do the same.

Sorry if i sounded snappy - more, just, not sure this is a problem :)
