xot, I fixed this in standalone already.

I have a fix for xot as well, but that introduces a dependency on 
SimpleXML for php (the title is in template.xml). Of course I could try 
to get it out without using an XML parser, but that seems silly to me.

In the same fix I also created an export to SCORM2004. Scorm 2004 is 
added as an extra option, just like in the standalone version.

When doing more with Scorm than only keeping score it is convenient to 
have SCORM2004 as an option. The datamodel is slightly different between 
Scorm1.2 and Scorm2004 and some Scorm2004 players are really ugly in 
showing Scorm1.2 learning objects.

Pat, Julian, should I commit these changes? Or do you want to see them 
first (I can give you access). It will mean that the installer should 
check for SimpleXML.
