This is a the point when you try to start a new template project? The point where it's trying to create a folder for the project to live in..? I'll look into this....

1. I installed Xerte v2.16 from the website
2. Closed down my computer and start up again
3. Start Xerte
4. Open the template Page Templates

6. I close down the error and have to close down Xerte (it doesn't work any more)

I think i used to get similar errors if I ran xerte from a zip file / read only folder?

Hi,
When I start Xerte the program ask if I want to make a new folder. When I say 'yes' and then this error appears:

Then I select 'No' and this error appears:

Note: The engine is recompiled with CS4 but I assume the engine is not in play yet.
Note: Sometimes the error appears and sometimes it doesn't.
Does anyone know what I can do to avoid this error?
