If you're using XOT 1.6 with the moodle patch comment out session_start();
at the bottom of config.php and all should be fine as long as that's the
only problem.

error line 202  -  session_start();      

session_start should be at the first line.

The template Id is generated in website_code/PHP/templates/new_template.php

 

But it queries the database ages before then. Put some echos in that file
and see what happens

There is the error messaging class you can turn on using management.php.

 

But failure to create new projects - are the files being created in user-
files

Is there some debug log or can at least see where this error?
