It is odd.
Once I set it disabled, it's no longer draggable.
If I leave it enabled, the button has the drag hand and I can drag it, but it changes state occasionally up to down, and stays that way.

Maybe this is the wrong way.
I have multiple drag items with labels of various length, some pretty long.

The user gets feedback so I wanted to use buttons, as I have before, because it's really easy to set the button state based on a correct/incorrect array.
I can create a standard size button then bind an autoscroll text field to it to hold the text.
But of course the whole shebang has to draggable.

Using the button states as the correct/incorrect feedback is the nice thing.
But the flaky state thing on drag makes that problematic.

Interesting – that ought to work. Is it a timing issue – try making the button, then disabling, then when you know it’s actually disablerd, try making the interaction with it? From: xerte-bounces at lists.nottingham.ac.uk [mailto:xerte-bounces at lists.nottingham.ac.uk] On Behalf Of Dave Burnett

If I hand code it, yes.

No luck with:
buttonid~leave~0
or
buttonrs~leave~0

Can a button be draggable?
Tried id and rs and no joy.
Disabled the button first.
