Maybe something along the lines of no permission to call the zip process, no permission to create the zip temp file, no permission to write the zip itself.

Mozilla and IE (mozilla - page is blank, IE - the following error:

HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
The website is under
maintenance.
The website has a programming
error.
