[Xerte] Narration Issue - fix works!

Sorry for tardy reply.

I did not observe the problems that Ron described with the first template
Julian sent; I was able to control the size of the windows via the template.

The second template works slightly differently for me in terms of the
narration:

First template: Narration plays when LO loads
Second template: Narration is visible but plays only when play is selected.

Actually it is very useful to have both options :-)
