Looks like we spoke slightly too soon! :-( Just noticed that although the
narration problem is fixed moving the innit appears to have resulted in a
different problem...

 

Now if an LO's default display mode is set to full screen or fill window it
doesn't take effect. Changing by the user still works but not onload. 

 

I had a look and it seems changing the narration handlers interaction to
perpetual fixes this but I'm not sure if that introduces any other problems?

The new template works great!  Narration shows up on first page when
exercise loads and nothing else seems to be broken.
