[Xerte] Query Regarding Hot Text

Hello there,
 I am trying to use *hot text *feature in the text box given in Xerte 2.x.
While using it for a particular text for eg *Router2 *it shows following
code.
*<a href="asfunction:_level0.engine.myFunction,Router2">Router2</a>*
And when i am previewing it  simply makes that text for eg
*Router2*clickable but it is not showing any response.
Do we need to write any script to enable the Hot Text feature?

Please help me in this matter.
