Ah. Right. The system is called PedIT ( http://www.pedit.no ), No 
English website at the moment. It is not ready yet.

How they/we want to do that? No idea yet. What they want to accomplish 
though, is enable pupils to create there own small LO's based on templates.

The LMS is at the moment primarily used by the Norsk Netskole and the 
Norsk Globalskole. The former is meant for pupils that cannot reach the 
mainland because of weather conditions, and the Globalskole is meant for 
Norwegian ex pats. In the Netherlands the system is used by Edufax for 
Dutch ex pat children.

Since 2009, PedIT is also available to commercial training and 
consultancy businesses. Therefore my question.
