It won't be the Xerte code, sounds like authentication on the external server so you'll probably need to talk to them.

Hi,

When adding a video page and try to upload an FLV to play I get a "Connect To" dialog box appear which asks for a username and password. I am using Xerte within the college network but the Xerte installation is on an external web hosting server on the internet. Does anyone have any idea how this can be resolved?
