Is there a difference between Flash player 10.2 and Flash player 10.2
debugger?

I can find links to download Flash Player 10.2 but not an adobe based link
for the Flash Player 10.2 debugger.

Where did you download it from (for Opera, that is rather than IE)?

Kind regards

Johnathan
