Hi Johnathan

MAXOS or a standard install of XAMPP and XOT works just fine on Windows 7.

Have you checked the site details table to make sure paths are correct?

Hi Everyone,

 

Well I'm finally trying to get a XOT install working. I have tried MAXOS
which just threw up errors on a Windows 7 PC so I moved to my old XP
machine.

 

I have now tried both MAXOS and a standard install of XAMPP and in both
instances I a keep getting a message "This text is replaced by the flash
movie" when I try to edit a project.

 

I have published a standalone Xerte project and viewed in Internet Explorer
so I am sure flash is installed. 

 

What am I missing here?
