[Xerte] New table template

A few of you have asked about a table page template so one’s now available – the files you need to add / update are attached.

Here’s a quick example: http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/toolkits/play_6331

It will display basic tables and gives you a range of ways to present them.  You can either enter the table data manually in the wizard or upload a CSV file.
