Upload it inot the media folder via properties / media and quota. FileLocation refers to the USER DATA folder for the piece, so FileLocation + 'media/blah.jpg' will then work.

Subject: [Xerte] XOT and FileLocation

I have a couple of desktop Xerte icons saved as a model.
One of the icons is a graphic with FileLocation + 'my.gif'

In XOT I do Insert> Media> Xerte content.
The .rlm uploads.

Where should the graphic go?
Or how should I path it to get to the media file?

When it didn't appear initially, I uploaded it to the media folder beside the .rlm.
It uploaded but says "Unused". Didn't work.

Then I realized, Filelocation isn't there anymore anyway, as the. rlm is being loaded into something else
So I uploaded the graphic to the root of XOT beside XMLEngine.
No dice there either.

I hardcoded the path to another spot on my server, which works, but seems "wrong".
