I can't see how it's possible, but I don't work with wizards a lot.

I have .rlos with 700 MB of external content.

What is the "media file"?

Do you mean 500 MB? 


Maybe the media is being copied somewhere that is running out of space?
Maybe the temp directory or disk is near full?

Thanks for answering Dave.

Yes it definitely seems to be connected to media weight.  Not number of pages.

The most recent problem occurred when I added narration - that evidently overloaded it and the file "broke".  

I can't try the method you mention for checking the error because my most recent broken file has either wiped itself clean or I did it.  I'll continue to monitor.
