[Xerte] Xerte 2 Page Wizards - Latest updates and a demonstration project

Since Julian fixed the Page Templates version of the Title Page I have not
compared his changes with my Page Wizard version. However the current Page
Wizard version includes a fix for the none display of text, when there is no
background image and the user returns to the title page, and also adds
additional properties to handle positioning and scaling of the background
image.

This version of Page Wizards is the version that I uploaded when I issued
the notice regarding the bug in the Title Page.

So yes, the XCP file for a fixed Title Page is available as part of the
current Page Wizards download.

Kind regards

Johnathan
