[Xerte] XERTE 2.15 - Translation to spanish.

Hi Julian,

Recently I asked to enable multilanguage support at "wiki.xerte.net" but until now I don't have a positive answer.

Patrick and I were agree to make it possible, the fastest way was to create another installation of "mediawiki".

We shared some opinions about this "solution" and we were agreed about this could decentralize the documentation process of XERTE Online Toolkits. I would have preferred to create this translation at "wiki.xerte.net", I hope the wiki administrator read his prayers.

However, I installed the wiki and the main idea is to translate XERTE Online Toolkits to spanish and make it available for spanish speakers.

I believe XOT is a very powerful tool because enable teachers to design and create very good looking contents. Besides, enable "tech people" to create templates to be used for the teachers.

Let's see how this evolves.

Take care!

José Gregorio.
