[Xerte] XERTE 2.15 - Translation to spanish.

Hi folks.

I'm interested in translate to latam spanish XERTE for desktop (Setup.exe) and Online Toolkits (xertetoolkits.zip)

Does anyone started it?

Which is the better way to start this process in both cases?

Even I can publish the translations to Google-Code space but I dont know where and how.
