[Xerte] Interactive list & Annotated Diagram page wizard in Xerte 2 desktop

Hello Mary Ann,

Thanks for spotting that one and letting me know how to fix it.

I test the wizards before I release them, but sometimes bugs sneak through.

I will apply your fix and release an updated version of the annotated page
wizard in the next wizard release.
