[Xerte] Xerte 3: Stylesheets thing fixed

Can you test the new build please? It has a fix for that issue last week
of style sheets not loading at runtime with Zinc 3.0.21?

The authoring tools now have Flash Player 10.1. Before you install it,
can you take your largest piece and see how long it takes to start up in
the editor? Then install the latest one: it seems faster... maybe.
