[Xerte] SendAndLoad confusion

xmlPage.loadXML('http://www.myserver.com/access/xml/overhead.xml'); //this works

xmlPage.sendAndLoad(myReq, FileLocation + 'overhead.xml'); //this works

xmlPage.sendAndLoad(myReq, 'http://www.myserver.com/access/xml/overhead.xml'); //this doesn't 
//no event ever fires

I thought if it was security issue, loadXML shouldn't work either.
