[Xerte] Xerte mimetypes

We have some users who want to include a link to a worksheet in their
Xerte pieces - so they want to upload them through Media and Quota on
the properties panel, and then use the URL there to create the link to
the resource.

The idea is that the LO will contain a worksheet with largely written
work exercises on it, which the user then completes using the resources
in the LO - video and so on.

Then the worksheets are used in a group setting as the basis for
discussion - quite a nice pedagogy, which emerged after some discussion
about how to save user's entries between sessions - maybe some ideas for
you there?

We had to update the mime types to accommodate the new Office file
types.
