Thanks for the responses,

This seems to be the case, as the directory names are
<number>-<username>-<Nottingham> and as you point out, the value it is
looking for is missing the username.

Had a look in the database and this all seems to be okay. (As far as I
am aware)

Is there something specific that would make the query fail?

USER-FILES/8--Nottingham/data.xml

Suggests your file path isn't working

It should be something like 

USER-FILES/8-<<username goes here>>-Nottingham/data.xml

So either the database doesn't have that data in, or the query to get
that data is failing

Hi guys,

Having a weird issue. Had Toolkits working on a shared host for a few
weeks now and it's been fine, come to it today and get this:

Warning: file_get_contents(USER-FILES/8--Nottingham/data.xml)
[function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or
directory in /home/adam/public_html/toolkits/edit.php on line 231

The only person who has access to the site is me and there have been no
other problems with the host.

Any advice on a resolution?
