[Xerte] title.rlm - undefined error on using Menu in LO

Hello Julian:

Thanks for the updated title.rlm file - I've moved that into the appropriate
toolkits folder but I still get an 'undefined' error when 'Menu' is selected
in the LO icon and I preview the file. I've got the LO icon, title page,
then several text pages.

Anything else I could be doing wrong?  :- (
