[Xerte] 2.x Debug window

Has anyone ever figured out a pattern with the debug window thingy where the window stops responding?
I am not running 2 instances of Xerte.
A bit of a drag, as you have to close right out of everything and restart to get it back.
In this case, 3 restarts and no luck...
