[Xerte] Help required - Install modifications

Hello all,

I've been working on some code to make the installation easier for
people. Due to us only having our setup here, it is hard for me to know
what other versions of PHP may do.

As such I have made a little file, which can be executed on your server.
It only writes 1 file, which it then deletes, so it is relatively
lightweight.

If you're interested in helping out, could you message me off list.
