[Xerte] user login issues

Hello, I downloaded Xerte Online and installed it following the guide. It
seems there's nothing wrong with the installation but in the end, when I try
to access as a user (I previouly changed switch.txt to switch.php) I can't
login ("Sorry that password combination was not correct", pat/patpassword).

The admin panel seems to work fine (I can login), even if I don't understand
why the admin can't create users.

Can you please help me?
