[Xerte] Page wizards - text formatting

Humble apologies - All works as expected I have been using Style sheets 
etc . However, I had entered an incorrect URL which is why it did not 
work.  So the only formatting problem is the paragraph formatting with 
the gap fill which I have posted an example separately.
