[Xerte] Open SWF in new window in front of Xerte page

I've been looking around a bit for a way of doing this, but haven't had
any luck yet. I'm trying to put together a Xerte model that will allow
me to indicate an .swf or .flv to open in a new window that will close
on .unload of the movie file. Any help?
