Hello Xerte Team,

I am doing some work with the mcq.rlm file at the moment.

Reading this thread I get the impression that it may have been modified
since the release of Xerte 2.6.

Do I need to download Xerte to get the latest version?

Kind regards

Johnathan

OK, this time - try it again with the latest build from the website...

I just fixed it, I think!

Thanks,

Julian

I have found a solution purely by mistake. I set a question, gave it
two options, then accidently deleted the second option, previewed it
showed up as undefined, went back added second option again and voila
got my feedback when previewed.

Any ideas as to what happened?

Tried that still no Joy

Just out of curiosity, am i following the correct procedure for creating
a page using the templates.

open page tenmplates

insert multi choice question

populate the fields (Page Title, Instruction, Prompt)

Question type = single answer

Align = left

Panel width = medium

create 2 options and polpulate the Option field and feedback field

select 1st option as True for correct 2ns option as false

preview

?

regards

Sonny

Yes it displays questions, and 6 options for answers, but when slecting
an answer and submit it just displays the word "feedback"

i did notice a permissions error when i tried the template wizard the
first time around. Could this be a problem?

Julian

I have created a multiple choice answer page using xerte 2.6, but when i
preview it, its not showing the feedback i have entered into the box. It
just displays the word "feedback".

I am testing on a standalone machine using IE 6.

Any ideas, this is my first go at creating, am i missing something?
