Ron Mitchell and TechDis have been working on a series of guides for
Xerte Online Toolkits users:

http://www.techdis.ac.uk/getxerte under the section 'Getting Going as a
Tutor'. 

The work is drawing to a close soon, so any feedback would be very
timely. Once complete, the guides will form a really good resource to
help your users get started with Toolkits.
