[Xerte] video issues

Hi,
I've created a Xerte resource with several Flash (.flv) videos in it.
I've packaged it for the Web and the resource runs fine from my memory
stick. But from a duplicate folder on our network, with exactly the same
files & on the same PC, the videos won't display. Anyone any idea what
the problem may be?
