[Xerte] How to disable the Tab key as the "Accessablility" key?

I know Xerte has built-in accessibility so you can tab to get around
using the keyboard, but I need to use the Tab key for other purposes. Is
there a way to un-assign the Tab key so it doesn't trigger the border
around the selected item? I'm using the stand-alone editor.
