[Xerte] Errors during installation - requirements

The system, on a large scale, works best with LDAP.

If you have something else that can provide integration, you can use
integration.txt as the basis of avoiding LDAP.

As far as I am aware it doesn't need a dedicated server, our webserver
isn't and it runs quite happily on that.

1) LDAP
2) A dedicated server with its own IP address
