[Xerte] toolkits export (solution)

Just for reference though,

We are looking into

1) How we allow people to manage an install
2) How we allow people to move safely to a new version
3) Bug reports

So there are areas even for "non-users"

I'm not really in a position to ask for features - I don't personally
use Xerte - I just handle hosting of it for techdis (and perhaps someone
else who was very interested in it before xmas)
