[Xerte] ISpring and Xerte

If you want a page that just displays the iSpring movie, that's pretty
easy to do, especially if you can control the output size.

I have the free version of iSpring - you can control the output size,
I'll mock up a page type and build an example.

Hi all and thanks for all your help on this. Julian I will get back to
you at the end of the week as we have an Inspection Monitoring visit
today and then I'm out of the office for 2 days. I need to have a
closer look at iSpring re movie sizes etc. Have taken a quick look at
Impress but doesn't seem to have the same functionality as iSpring which
we are using to include audio. There is a free version of iSpring.

How would you like the page to work?

Do you have control in iSpring over the resulting movie's size? That
would be very helpful as it is a bit tricky sizing the movie - hence the
problems you have had.

- Could just fill a page with the movie?

- Or do you want to be able to have text alongside it - requires being
able to resize the movie?

There is some technical info from iSpring I need to have a look at,

J

That would be great from our point of view as we will be using regularly
in future but do appreciate others may not be using it.

We'd need to build an ispring page type into toolkits, as it has some
strange wayof loading I'd have to investigate. An API is documented -
how manty people ar eusing iSpring? It's a good ppt - swf converter in
my experience, the older version used to work with toolkits,

I'm happy to do that if people want it...?
