Sounds like a windows server that doesn't have the rlt, rlm and xwd mime
types set.

Hi there,

 

I have installed Xerte Toolkits and have run into an interesting
problem. 

 

Upon launching a course to edit it the Insert and other buttons are
active for a brief instant and then become disabled. 

 

Any idea what I have done wrong?
