[Xerte] error when create new project

[Chaiyut Wanaroj]

I have installed Xerte Toolkit and the installation is OK.

I can go thought the menu until I try creating new project. 

It will shop up the Xerte background with wording "this text is replaced
with flash movie"  

Please suggest how to solve this error.
