Hi

Coming to this late, so forgive me if I've missed something...

Just a few thoughts...

I agree pdf and open office/word... how about

http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en-GB/business/collaboration.html

Not sure you may want to host off site though, so failing this I would agree wiki would be useful

I suppose there's different levels of support (people starting to use this, advanced users) some documentation is fixed for new people saves you being a librarian. My experience with new people is they just need basic stuff to get started.

FAQ and trouble shooting evolving..as we go along.. so a long wiki with losts of points may cause problems as we add more to it...and also with print off, depending on what you're using..

Best Wishes

SMH

Hi,

About the formats, i guess pdf and open office.

And info to be included... I would like to have some notes about how to use
SSO and not a single user. But, no worries, I work with stand alone xerte,
so don't do it for me :-).

Good luck and nice work,

Marc

Hello all,

Just making some documentation for the site to help people manage /
customise / trouble shoot.

What are people's preferences on file formats - PDF / Docx / RTF? I'd
like people to actively modify and change the documents, but don't want
to end up acting as a librarian.

Is there any information people would like included / guidance on?

Any advice / best practice from other open source products people would
like to share?

Thanks all
