PDF2SWF looks like a possible future option. It's more awkward for the
user than Flash Paper, as the user has to go DOC -> PDF, then pass the
file to a tech like me to go PDF -> SWF, whereas with FP the user can go
DOC -> SWF with ease and upload the result to the Xerte template. If FP
goes without an alternative, though, PDF2SWF looks like the best bet.
