That looks like it is trying to fire up a SAPI text-to-speech ActiveX object and can't instantiate it. Either TTS is not installed on your machine, or it not the correct version it's looking for. (or your security settings won't allow that AX to run).
 
So "unable to create", and because of that, "undefined".
