[Xerte] flash error

Thanks for flagging up all these bugs. I'm hoping we can get a download on the web site this week that addresses all those issues reported since last week's new build - your testing efforts and patience are very much appreciated, and the bugs are exactly why we have a beta programme.

I think this is the same problem as I encountered - namely 'they'
presumably developed Xerte on a case-insensitive filesystem (or their
Apache had (i think) mod_speling enabled).

I posted a patch a few days ago which will fix this, alternatively try
enabling mod_speling (assuming Apache)...
