[Xerte] Xerte SCORM and WebCT

It's working fine in our WebCT installation, so, yes, it seems WebCT, or
something it uses (java? Javascript?) is the culprit,

I just checked and an old SCORM module I made with eXe no longer works
in WebCT when it did three months ago, so I guess it is a problem on our
server and not with the Xerte SCORM file.
