[Xerte] SCORM stuff

Yes, initialise and terminate are handled by the web page. I did put
some code in the wrapper to handle session time - not sure if I got it
into the SCORM 2004 API, but I'm sure it's in the 1.2 wrapper. I'm
unsure about commit. I think it's called as part of terminate? Do you
need to commit at any other point than when the web page closes?

The ADL test suite is your friend in these matters.

	What about commit? Session Time?
