[Xerte] onTopMinimize

You'll have to modify the html / js to achieve what you want. Xerte
doesn't do this for you directly. Remember that xerte is just a flash
movie playing in a browser window.

I would like to run my piece with the window parameter set to
onTopMinimize.
After publishing the piece, I looked in both rloObject.htm and
rloObject.js and could find no reference to the window parameter.  How
can I set the piece to onTopMinimize?
